Description
The Hawaiʻi State Archives is seeking an experienced service provider to provide livestreaming and recording services for State and Local Boards and Commissions meetings across all islands, as well as other State of Hawaiʻi public events. The goal is to increase public accessibility and participation by handling livestreaming, recording, and hosting post-meeting recordings. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of up to three one-year renewals. Proposals are due by June 11, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HIePRO).
