Description

The City of St. Charles is requesting bids from contractors for a comprehensive street rehabilitation program. The work includes hot-mix asphalt pavement removal, resurfacing with hot mix asphalt binder and surface and polymerized binder, pavement patching, base reclamation with cement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, driveway pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, adjustment of utility structures, utility point repairs, water main removal and replacement, and restoration at various locations throughout the City.
