The Village of Irvington is seeking bids to retain a qualified and licensed plumbing contractor to provide on-call plumbing maintenance and repair services for Village-owned facilities and infrastructure on an as-needed basis. Services include general plumbing troubleshooting and repair, interior plumbing repairs, water line inspections, leak detection, emergency response, installation and replacement of plumbing fixtures, minor upgrades, drain cleaning, preventive maintenance, and seasonal maintenance. The work will be performed at any owned or leased facility of the Village of Irvington located in or near Irvington, Westchester County, New York. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and prevailing wage requirements.
