The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation to perform a wide range of small construction projects. Tasks include minor construction, installations, repairs, emergency repair and general maintenance, minor renovations, site work, sidewalk and concrete patching, minor demolition, surface preparation, fence installation, stormwater and utility systems, flooring, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry, cabinet and countertop installation, and door hardware installation or replacement.
