Description

Washington County is seeking a contractor to provide annual kitchen exhaust and filter cleaning, maintenance, and repair services at several buildings with kitchen equipment. The scope includes steam cleaning fans, ducting through the roof and interior hoods, steam cleaning GX cartridges, dish exhaust and filters where applicable, repairs, and replacement parts as needed. The contract term shall not exceed five years and will be governed by Oregon law and Washington County procurement rules. Responders must comply with licensing, insurance, and background check requirements, and all personnel must wear uniforms with company ID.
