The U.S. Army is seeking qualified vendors for Security Gate Maintenance and Repair Services at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Division D, 6515 Integrity Court, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD - OEMs and Vendors: - HySecurity (gate operators) - LiftMaster (gate operators) - FAAC (gate operators) - AMAG Technology (access control integration) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance, non-emergency repairs, and emergency repair services for 13 automated security gate systems - Equipment includes gate operators and control systems from HySecurity, LiftMaster, and FAAC, all integrated with AMAG Technology access control platform - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be able to self-perform at least 50% of personnel costs (focus on small businesses) - Emergency response required within 24 hours for critical gates and 48 hours for non-critical gates - Capability statements requested from interested vendors - No specific part numbers or purchase quantities provided
