Description

The U.S. Embassy Berlin intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Preventive Maintenance Services (PMSC) for the facility's Air Handling Units (AHUs) and associated Motor Starters/Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, and consumables necessary to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance on 16 custom-fabricated York Air Handling Units (indoor and outdoor configurations), including associated motor starters and VFDs rated from 5 HP to less than 100 HP. Maintenance tasks include inspection, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, filter replacement, and other manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance procedures. Repairs are not included in this contract and will be handled via separate purchase orders.

The Embassy intends to award a contract for one base year with four additional one year options, with a potential conclusion date of April 2031.
