Description

The District of North Vancouver is seeking detailed submissions from contractors qualified to provide site cleanup and hazardous remediation services at identified transient encampments and other general sites within the District. The services must be conducted safely, humanely, and in compliance with all applicable laws on an as-and-when requested basis. The scope excludes enforcement activities, eviction authority, or direct engagement requiring social-service intervention. Offers must be submitted electronically via the District's Bidding System.
