Los Angeles County is seeking qualified vendors to provide Microsoft Office computer training for SEIU Local 721 represented County employees. - Government Buyer: - County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department (ISD) and Department of Human Resources (DHR) - OEM Highlight: - Microsoft is the primary OEM for all software applications being trained (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) - Products/Services Requested: - Delivery of 159 full-day Microsoft Office training courses (80 synchronous live online, 79 in-person) - Each course covers one of the following: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Teams - Class sizes: minimum 12, maximum 16 participants - Each session is a single, eight-hour day - Vendors must provide all training materials, technical support for web conferencing, and use their own or County-approved facilities - Timely submission of attendance, participant evaluations, and coordination with County training coordinators required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Trainers must have at least three years of relevant experience; resumes and detailed curriculum required - Vendors must provide both in-person and live online (synchronous) instruction - Training locations include approved County facilities across all five Supervisorial Districts or vendor’s site - Compliance with County registration, insurance, and debarment checks is mandatory

The Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to deliver Microsoft Office Computer training courses to SEIU Local 721 represented County employees.
