Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified firms to establish a multi-year Statewide Contract for De-Icing Road Salt. The contract term is three years with two one-year extension options. The contract will be mandatory for use by all State of California Departments and available for other State Departments and Local Governmental Agencies. The method of award is all or none, and delivery/service area locations are statewide.
