Description

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries, is soliciting proposals from management consulting firms to provide as-needed advisory and consulting services in corporate strategy and business process optimization, as well as transportation operations strategy and improvements. The MTA intends to enter into five-year agreements with several firms to form a pool that will provide these services on an as-needed basis. The contract term is five years with an estimated budget range of $10 million to $50 million.
