Chautauqua County is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to support a county-wide Brownfields Community-Wide Site Assessment Project. - Government Buyer: - County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) - Offices located at 214 Central Avenue, Suite 124, Dunkirk, NY 14048 and 201 W. Third Street, Suite 115, Jamestown, NY 14701-6902 - Services Requested: - Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) consulting services - Coordination, management, monitoring, and oversight of Brownfields site assessments - Conducting 21 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and 8 Phase II ESAs - Development of 5 Cleanup Plans and 3 Reuse Plans - Regulatory and reporting support, including Master Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) - Community outreach and engagement - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Experience with EPA Brownfields programs - Ability to deliver both hard copy and electronic deliverables - Support for hazardous and petroleum-contaminated sites - County-wide scope, not limited to specific sites - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; this is a professional services solicitation. - Contract term is approximately three years, with potential extension based on funding.

Description

The County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for Brownfields Community-Wide Site Assessment. The QEP will coordinate, manage, monitor, and oversee the Site Assessment Project, provide regulatory and reporting support, and advise on strategies to achieve regulatory closure for contaminated sites.
