This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a successful proponent to provide engineering services for the detailed design of yard expansion at Namao Substation in Edmonton, Alberta. The work includes electrical, structural, and civil engineering to replace two 72kV lines, reconfigure existing 72kV circuit connections, and add a new 72kV dead-tank breaker. The project involves yard expansion, ground grid extension, and new or rebuilt gantries, excluding P&C, SCADA, and telecom work.
