This Request for Bids (RFB) is an annual refresh opportunity for new bidders to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the provision of office and classroom products, print and copy paper, and laser toners. The refresh adds a new category, Classroom Supplies, and is divided into four categories: Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, Laser Toners, and Classroom Products. Multiple vendors will be awarded for the first three categories, while a single vendor will be awarded for Classroom Supplies. Existing vendors cannot bid on categories they were previously awarded, but will remain on the VOR for those categories.
