Skrobot - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the notice - Products/Services Requested: - Field Service Representatives (FSR) for Training and Training Support (TTS) on the Bradley Fighting System (BFS) and M88A2 vehicles - Development and delivery of course outlines, lesson plans, and guides for an Advanced Mechanic Institute (AMI) - Training includes depot-level and field-level maintenance, welding, diagnostics, and vehicle restoration services to maintain or return Bradley vehicles to Fully Mission Capable and Safety standards - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Training and support must be delivered outside the continental United States (OCONUS), specifically in Germany - Contractor must be capable of providing comprehensive technical training and support for BFS and M88A2 platforms in an OCONUS environment - No specific part numbers, quantities, or products are requested; this is a sources sought notice to assess industry capabilities

Sources Sought Notice:

Advanced Mechanic Institute - Bradley Fighting System (BFS) and M88A2 (M88)

The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for an Advanced Mechanic Institute (AMI) - Bradley Fighting System (BFS) and M88A2 (M88).  Specifically, the purpose of this notice is to gain current knowledge in the capabilities, qualifications, and interest from members of industry, both small and large business communities, which currently possess capabilities to provide Field Service Representatives (FSR) for Training and Training Support (TTS) for the BFS and M88.  The contractor shall develop and deliver the course outline, lesson plans, and guides for AMI.  Training shall be conducted Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), in Germany. 

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This is a request for information on capabilities and interest and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary and the United States Government (USG) assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned.
