The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332911 and the business size standard is 500. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose conforming offer will be the most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. In accordance with ALCOAST 143/25, the U.S. Coast Guard is submitting this purchase order due to contingency operations in support of the National Emergency at the Southern Border. The materials or equipment purchased will be located at various SFLC inventory control points in the southern regions. This centrally managed inventory will reduce the impact on operations for the patrol boat fleet, including 31 87-WPB and 21 154-WPC vessels.
