Description
The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations or firms to perform independent financial and program monitoring services of the Board and its subcontractors, primarily the operators of Workforce Center Programs and Child Care Services Program. The financial and program monitor will also perform other related reviews and consultation of program related functions of the Board as necessary to ensure compliance and fiscal integrity. Proposers may submit proposals to perform both program and financial monitoring or may submit a proposal for either financial or program monitoring as a stand-alone proposal.
