Anniston Army Depot is seeking a contractor to provide annual maintenance, emergency repair services, and supply of repair parts for two Wheelabrator spinner hangers located in Building 431. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, Anniston Army Depot (ACC ANAD) - Contracting office located at 7 Frankford Ave, Anniston, AL - OEM Highlight: - Wheelabrator is the specified equipment manufacturer for the spinner hangers - Products/Services Requested: - Annual preventative maintenance inspections for two Wheelabrator spinner hangers - Emergency repair services with contractor arrival required within 48 hours of notification - Supply of new OEM or certified replacement parts for the Wheelabrator equipment - Annual detailed inspection reports, including repair needs assessment and prioritized recommendations - All work must be performed by factory-trained personnel - Contract Structure & Requirements: - Firm fixed price contract with a base year plus four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Emergency repairs and parts are reimbursed up to a not-to-exceed threshold - Compliance with safety, environmental, and security regulations is mandatory - Contractor employees must complete AT Level I training - Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be included with offer submissions - Only new OEM or certified replacement parts are acceptable; no used or refurbished parts - Service Contract Act wage determination applies for Calhoun County, Alabama - Place of Performance: - All work to be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Building 431, Anniston, Alabama

Description

The government has a requirement for annual maintenance inspections, emergency repair, and repair parts for two (2) wheelabrator spinner hangers located in Building 431 at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement will be 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310. All responses for the solicitation must be submitted in digitized/electronic format. Paper copy responses shall not be accepted. Any clauses or provisions of the solicitation which mention writing, returning, or submission of offer will mean electronic submission. All solicitation responses must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Responses sent by email will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm receipt and ensure its offer, in its entirety, reaches the Army Contracting Command-Detroit, Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), before the time set for closing of the solicitation.
