The 911th Airlift Wing at Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station is seeking a contractor to provide scheduled preventative maintenance services for compressed air systems at its Coraopolis, PA facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force Reserve Command, 911th Airlift Wing, Contracting Office at Pittsburgh International Airport Air Reserve Station - OEMs and Vendors: - Ingersoll Rand (OEM for compressors, dryers, and modules) - Sullair (OEM for compressors and dryers) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance for: - 3 Ingersoll Rand R55i Compressors (Part Number: R55i) - 1 Ingersoll Rand NVC1200A40N Dryer (Part Number: NVC1200A40N) - 1 Ingersoll Rand F1870NG NL Module (Part Number: F1870NG) - 1 Sullair SRL-16.5MB6 22 Compressor (Part Number: SRL-16.5MB6 22) - 1 Sullair 02250242 Dryer (Part Number: 02250242) - Quarterly service visits for all listed equipment, with four visits per year during the base and each option year, and two visits during a six-month extension - All labor, parts, and materials required for maintenance - Service reports and maintenance logs as deliverables - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Technicians must be OEM-certified and factory-trained for Ingersoll Rand and Sullair equipment - Maintenance must follow manufacturer guidelines and the provided checklist - Work is performed on-site during normal business hours - Set aside for small businesses

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to provide Facility Investment Services – Preventative and Corrective Maintenance for Region 4 at five (5) locations throughout Arizona and New Mexico in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance start date is June 01, 2026 (or subsequent date) to May 31, 2027 with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
