Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to provide Facility Investment Services – Preventative and Corrective Maintenance for Region 4 at five (5) locations throughout Arizona and New Mexico in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance start date is June 01, 2026 (or subsequent date) to May 31, 2027 with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
