Commercial Conference Room rental to include A/V and IT infrastructure support, equipment (displays, printers, shredders), on-call technical support, and reserved parking for a Period of Performance from 27 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. This period of performance may shift by plus or minus three to five days. Please structure your quotation to accommodate this potential adjustment.
