The Procurement Section of the American Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, invites your company to submit a competitive sales quotation for the goods/services described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). Please see attachment for complete specifications and requirements.

Terms and Conditions Payment Terms: Net 30 days after goods/services received and proper invoice submitted

Competition Notice: This RFQ is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive.

Evaluation Rights: We reserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price.

Award: We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
