Description

The project involves extending the sidewalk on the north side of Apple Street, constructing ADA pedestrian ramps, reconstructing the asphalt concrete pavement section, and applying a new traffic striping configuration to create diagonal street parking on Apple Street between Goat Hill Drive and Greenbrier Drive. The work is located along Apple Street from the Goat Hill Drive intersection to the Greenbrier Drive intersection in Oceanside, California. The contract requires completion within 60 working days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays beyond the contract time.
