Description

The City of Balch Springs is requesting sealed bids for furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, project supervision, and performing all work required for the construction of the IH20 AT SEAGOVILLE ROAD & BELTLINE ROAD GREEN RIBBON IMPROVEMENT. The work includes landscaping and drainage improvements in accordance with TxDOT Standard Specifications, 2024 Edition, and instructions of the OWNER. Bidders are encouraged to attend an optional pre-bid meeting on June 1st, 2026, and bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 10th, 2026 at 10:00 am. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds.
