The Department of the Air Force and U.S. Space Force are seeking quotes for two modular Biometric Collection System kits to be delivered to Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) - U.S. Space Force, 50th Contracting Squadron (50 CONS LGCP), Schriever SFB - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) Biometric Collection System kits - Modular, lightweight Android-based devices - Must capture fingerprint (two-finger sensor), face (smartphone camera), and iris (single iris camera) biometrics - Hardware includes: Pelican case with custom foam, Samsung Galaxy S23 (128GB or better), MO2121 Single Iris Capture module, Sherlock Fingerprint Sensor SH21100-000, Sherlock Molex Cable SHCA1MM-015, OPRTR.S23 Phone Case, Samsung Fast Charger USB-C, Vehicle Mount Inductive Charger, International Travel Wall Charger, Microfiber Cleaning Cloth (7" x 6") - Mobile Biometric Application (Android-based) with initial licensing - Must integrate with AFOSI's database software - Services: - Virtual training for up to 20 personnel (1-3 days) on system and software use - Full-service warranty and support, including software updates, patches, and Service Desk portal - Operations & Maintenance for Mobile Biometric Application (including on-board matching, Samsung Knox MDM, multi-agency response, FBI approval, centralized management, EBTS compliance, offline storage, device syncing) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be modular, lightweight, and capable of multimodal biometric capture - Must include both hardware and software, with integration to AFOSI systems - Training and warranty/support are required - No specific OEMs or part numbers mandated; salient characteristics provided for compatibility - Quantity reduced from three kits to two kits per amendment - Delivery and place of performance at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado

This is a requirement to procure Biometric Sollection System kits for Schriever Space Force Base. Important details listed below, but please see the Solicitation Document for FULL instructions and details.

RFIs/Questions: Due no later than 18 May 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. 

Solicitation Quotes: Due no later than 26 May 2026 at 10:00 AM MT.

Amendment 0001 - Provide an RFI due date extension by 6 calendar days due to SAM.gov error posting. Additionally, to reduce the quantity amount from three kits to two kits.
