The U.S. Embassy Bogota, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive mobile telephone services for embassy operations in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Bogota, General Services Office (GSO) - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive mobile telephone services with nationwide coverage (minimum 90% of Colombia) - Unlimited voice calls within Colombia - Data plans: 36 GB, 50 GB, and unlimited GB options - 4G/LTE coverage in major cities and the embassy compound - International roaming services across the Americas and Europe - Minimum 500 international long-distance minutes to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico - Mobile service management platform with geolocation and inventory control - Support for number portability, IMEI registration/blacklisting, caller ID, and call waiting - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must use its own network and resolve network issues immediately - Service must comply with Colombian telecommunications regulations and provide DDP delivery to the embassy warehouse - International roaming must include cost confirmation and reduced prices as per Colombian law - All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation - Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer - Period of performance is 12 months, with possible extension

Description

Mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy Bogota, the Contractor shall ensure connection through its OWN network with no interruptions, clear, and with no static. Network problems shall be remedied immediately.

The anticipated performance period is for 12 months, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.  

The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable list of prices. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
