Description
This is a Design-Build project. Design scope shall include design progression submittals from 35% through Issue for Construction (IFC). Design shall cover the work required to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263), correct interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, so shall require review and approval of applicable design elements through appropriate historical agencies. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor and materials, design as well as construction, installation, and performance in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) for B2263.
