Kindly participate in an all-inclusive “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Can you kindly quote this all-inclusive requirement in my name with the current date and lead time.  Please offer BSA any discounts available for your best price.

Items to be quoted as per Enclosure A (Draft PO):

1) AdvaPix TPX3 CdTe (No substitutes) – 1000 μm, inclusive of PIXETPRO and Standard One-year full warranty (Including Parts and Labor) – QTY - 1 / EA

Payment Term:

Net30

Important Note:

Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product. If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.

Government supplier database entitled System For Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#).  Registration can be performed online at www.sam.gov . If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.  Please note that there is no charge for SAM registration. Basis of Award:

BSA will make award to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price and who meets all of BSA’s technical requirements, as stated herein.

Pricing: shall remain valid for 60 days

Any resulting purchase order will be subject to the attached Terms and Conditions.
