Description
The City of College Park is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform a complete roof replacement at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 25th, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held onsite at the GICC on May 12th, 2026, at 10:00 am EST. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive offeror meeting the solicitation requirements, not necessarily the lowest cost.
