The U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal Directorate of Public Works is seeking technical support services under a five-year IDIQ contract to sustain operations for over 70 tenant organizations at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal, Directorate of Public Works - Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Technical support services for facility and real property management - Specialized database managers and analysts (including BUILDER database expertise) - Facility and real property survey specialists and inspectors - Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technicians - Quality assurance specialists for municipal services - Drafters and engineers - Energy management support - Job order contract administration - Program Manager required onsite - Services must support both direct and indirect customer requirements, including recurring support for tenant agreements - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contract is a competitive 8(a) set-aside for qualified small businesses - Contractor must provide all personnel, management, and resources not furnished by the government - Compliance with security and training requirements - Adherence to quality standards and reporting tied to government fiscal years - Services performed primarily at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama - Estimated contract value is approximately $24 million over five years

Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide technical support services in support of the U.S. Army Garrison – Redstone Arsenal (USAG-Redstone) Directorate of Public Works (DPW), to include specialized database managers and analysts, facility and real property survey specialists and inspectors, geographic information systems technicians, quality assurance specialists, drafters, and engineers to maintain the reimbursable programs and activities that sustain the various tenant missions on Redstone Arsenal. These services will perform a wide variety of tasks related to public works and support any division within the USAG-Redstone DPW. These services are required for direct and indirect support of reimbursable customer requirements and may vary in scope and magnitude to reflect the current condition of customer funded projects, and any requirements for managing tenant requests for recurring support in various tenant support agreements. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services not Government furnished to perform the services defined in this PWS. Services shall be performed in support of USAG-Redstone DPW and shall be performed primarily at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
