This notice from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), announces the addition of multiple entities and vessels to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List): - Entities include COSTIN SHIPPING LIMITED, MIHIR SHIPPING INC., NAXOS MARITIME AND TRADING S.A., PATRIOT INC., SKYROS MARITIME AND TRADING S.A., EXTENSIVE SHIPPING LIMITED, XIFOIDES GROUP LIMITED, ZHOUSHAN YAOHAI SHIPPING CO., LTD., ANKA ENERGY AND LOGISTICS COMPANY, LISBOA SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED, THIEN AN HOA BINH COMPANY LIMITED, TING TAO COMPANY LIMITED, NICE GIFT LIMITED, REAYOU COMPANY LIMITED, YEGUA TRADING LIMITED, DOFA SHIPPING LTD, EVY BLUE LTD, LAUREL SHIPPING LTD, LEPUS NAVIGATION LTD, and others. - Associated vessels include BANGUS, GALVIN, HH GLORY, LIN 9, MIRAAN, COVENIO, GOLDEN SUNRISE, ZHEN ZHU, GLOBAL VIVIAN, LISBOA, LPG SEVAN, LYNN, MAGNOLIA, SEEKER 8, STELLAR BEVERLY, ANSHUN II, BENTLEY, EDOR, SMD WORLD, among others. - All property and interests in property of these entities and vessels subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked. - U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with these entities and vessels. - Designations are made under Executive Order 13902 for operating in the petroleum sector of the Iranian economy. - This is a sanctions action notice, not a procurement, solicitation, or award announcement.
Description
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of persons and vessels added to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) due to satisfying legal criteria. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from transactions with them. The vessels listed are identified as property in which a blocked person has an interest. This notice details entities and vessels designated pursuant to Executive Order 13902 for operating in the petroleum sector of the Iranian economy.
