Description

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for renovations within the SLC-A Building. The project will be delivered in two phases: Mezzanine Addition and Simulation Lab Remodel. The CMAR will provide preconstruction and construction services, with the project complying with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and county regulations. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 27, 2026, and proposals are due by June 17, 2026.
