The U.S. Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA Lackland) is seeking sources for specialized ventilation cleaning services for Building 950. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 502d Contracting Squadron (FA3016 502 CONS CL) at JBSA Lackland - Services Requested: - Ventilation cleaning services for Building 950 - Cleaning of 119 register/vent openings - Cleaning of 87 small air returns - Cleaning of 280 linear feet of trunk lines - Areas include 21 offices, 4 restrooms, 1 breakroom, 1 great hall, and common hallways - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Use of HEPA filtration vacuum equipment - Maintain negative pressure and prevent cross-contamination during cleaning - Adherence to National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) standards - Work must be performed after duty hours (Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), with possible weekend or holiday work at no additional cost - Specific safety and contamination control measures required - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned - Place of performance is Building 950 at JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, Texas

The Government has a requirement for Ventilation Cleaning Services for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, (San Antonio) TX. Complete and return the attached Request for Information (RFI).
