Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals for Architectural and Engineering services for the comprehensive design of a pre-kindergarten center to replace an existing elementary school. The required disciplines include architectural, mechanical, electrical and low voltage, plumbing, fire protection, civil, structural, geotechnical engineering, foodservice consulting, and LEED consulting. The design may also include geothermal and/or solar PV array engineering if applicable. The project is managed by the Facilities Department and aims to deliver a complete design solution for the new pre-kindergarten center.
