Description
The City of Bismarck is soliciting single prime bids for the construction of a new Cold Storage Building at the landfill. The project includes site preparation, excavation for reinforced concrete footings and piers, wood post-and-pier framing, wood trusses, sheathing, wall girts, roof purlins, steel siding and roofing, gutters, downspouts, trim, sectional overhead doors, hollow metal doors, vinyl windows, and electrical work including new service, lighting, and power circuits. Plumbing and mechanical work are not included. Bids are due by 3:00 PM CT on May 13, 2026, and will be opened at 4:00 PM the same day.
