Description

The City of St. Thomas is seeking professional services for electrical design and preparation of tender documents along with construction inspection services for the replacement of traffic signals at the intersection of South Edgeware Road and First Ave and street lighting design on South Edgeware Road from Waterworks Park to Harper Road. The work is divided into two tasks: engineering design and traffic signal and street lighting, and quality assurance and inspection services during construction in 2027 and 2028. City staff will concurrently complete engineering design of other infrastructure components including underground sanitary, storm and watermain infrastructure, roadway replacement, sidewalk replacement, and active transportation enhancements.
