Sole Source Purchase of Inspired Flight 1200A Drone System and Accessories for USACE Vicksburg District

Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Seiler Instrument and Manufacturing Company, Incorporated (CAGE Code: 11934) for the purchase of an Inspired Flight 1200A unmanned aircraft system.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 4:30 PM CST on 15 May 2026, will be considered.  Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
