Description

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) is seeking professional design services for the Large Lakes Observatory (LLO) project on the Duluth campus. The project includes providing a permanent home for field research vessels at Lake Superior, constructing a new research laboratory building on campus, and supporting research activities with a waterfront facility. The scope covers all phases from predesign through construction administration, with a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. Proposals must be submitted by June 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time.
