Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB), operating as a division of Link Nova Scotia, is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide engineering services for the assessment and detailed design of navigation and aviation lighting system upgrades on the A. Murray MacKay Bridge (AMM).
