Description

The County of Sacramento Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services, is seeking a qualified organization currently contracted for Outpatient and/or Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services to provide a new enhanced sober living environment/recovery residence. This structured, 24/7 peer-operated residence will serve Sacramento County residents with co-occurring substance use disorder and serious mental illness, homelessness, high justice-system involvement, and low treatment readiness. The program aims to increase treatment engagement, reduce emergency service utilization and justice system events, and support transitions to stable housing. The program includes comprehensive peer support, coordinated behavioral health services, and recovery pathways consistent with SAMHSA principles and ASAM Criteria.
