Sacramento County Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services, is soliciting applications from qualified providers to deliver ATLAS, an integrated, community-based outpatient behavioral health service model for children and youth under age 21. The program consolidates five service components into a single integrated program including Children's Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Early Intervention, Outreach and Engagement, and Flexible Stabilization Supports. Providers must deliver all components as a coordinated program for a five-year period. The estimated annual funding is approximately $87.8 million, subject to Board approval and funding availability.
