The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a high-resolution PTZ IP camera system for the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System Pharmacy. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, 260-Network Contract Office 20 - Puget Sound VA Healthcare System - OEMs: - Hanwha (model XNP-6120HW specified as brand name or equal) - Products/Services Requested: - PTZ IP camera system for pharmacy clean rooms - Must feature high-quality optical zoom (10x-20x), native 1080p+ resolution, low-noise CMOS sensor, fast autofocus, short minimum focus distance, high-quality video compression (H.264/H.265 or better), IP-based streaming (RTSP, RTMP, or SRT), quiet low-vibration mechanics, remote PTZ control, compact sealed housing, multiple mounting options, USB or similar power/network connectivity, secure network configuration with encryption and user authentication, and high system reliability for continuous operation - Must comply with infection control and privacy standards - Must be a domestic end product - Installation services - Vendor must be experienced with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) or federal healthcare facilities - Must coordinate with VA stakeholders (Biomedical Engineering, OIT, Facilities, Pharmacy leadership, Infection Control, Privacy/Security) - Must comply with federal cybersecurity, privacy, and VA network security policies - Must provide regulatory documentation and as-built drawings - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with VA directives, infection control, privacy, and cybersecurity standards - Installation vendor must be familiar with VA change management and approval workflows - System must support continuous operation and regulatory documentation - No specific purchase quantities provided

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Government is seeking sources of supply of domestic end products for a brand name or equal Hanwha XNP-6120HW 2MP PTZ IP Cameras.
