The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for advanced ophthalmic equipment and related services for its new Multi-Specialty Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Rolla, Missouri. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 - Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital Multi-Specialty CBOC (delivery location) - Products Requested: - Photographic Slit Lamp (1 unit) - Must include magnification, LED light source, filters, and be FORUM compatible - Automated Ophthalmic Perimeter with powered adjustable height table (1 unit) - Must support multiple test libraries/strategies, FORUM data export, and federal cybersecurity compliance - Optical Biometer (1 unit) - Must include corneal topography, OCT imaging, multiple imaging modes, FORUM compatibility, and advanced measurement capabilities - Compatible Software (1 unit) - Must integrate with FORUM and VA EHR systems, and meet federal cybersecurity requirements - Services Requested: - White Glove Installation Service (1) - Training on installed equipment (1), with recorded sessions provided electronically to the VA - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be FORUM compatible and comply with federal cybersecurity standards - Manufacturer's two-year warranty and manuals required - Delivery required within 90 days of order; installation and training must be completed within specified timeframes - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Quantities and part numbers are provided for each item
