The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from licensed engineering firms for professional engineering services, construction administration, construction engineering, and inspections for the 2027 Street Improvement Project. The project involves resurfacing approximately 7.3 centerline miles of roadway, including pavement repair, resurfacing, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and utility adjustments. The consultant will also evaluate and upgrade pedestrian curb ramps and sidewalks to meet ADA standards where feasible. Services include design, project management, contract administration, permitting, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and public engagement during construction.
