The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education is seeking a vendor to develop, test, and validate a holistic essential needs survey for public higher education students by June 30, 2026. The survey will cover key areas including housing, food, transportation, technology, behavioral and mental health, health care, and child care. The goal is to establish baseline data on student needs and their intersectionality to inform recommendations and strategies for student success and degree completion.
