This is a contract to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for purchase of Internet/Cyber Security Data Subscriptions on a Task Order (TO) basis to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Directorate of Intelligence in support of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Social Media searches and processing from License Plate Reader (LPR) tools or their data, to identify multiple investigative threats and use cases, and meet the needs of a diverse Open Source Intelligence user base in accordance with law, regulation, and policy.
