Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Tri-Mission Vienna, Austria will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The contractor shall perform make-ready services to include cleaning and soft furniture shampooing, to be provided at U.S. Government-owned and -leased residences in Vienna, Austria. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract will be for one base year and threeoption years, if exercised by the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a single task order contract or to award multiple task order contracts under this solicitation. The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price type contract(s). The Statement of Work includes an estimated number of 80-100 apartments per annum with an average size of 160 square meters. The majority of the services will be required between April and September. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
