Description

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on sole source basis. This is a FMS repair requirement for Hydraulic Engine Starter, NSN: 7RH 2995 010799316 VH, PN: 407711/70651-03210-101.  There is a current demand to have this item repaired. Supports common Aircraft system components. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN.

Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort by email at katlyn.m.galetto.civ@us.navy.mil.

All contractual documents related to the instant  procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when  copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.  The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
