Description
The Professional Development Program (PDP), managed by The Research Foundation for State University of New York, seeks a vendor to provide structured multiple-day Labor/Management Committee training workshops for New York State employees represented by PEF, M/C, and CSEA. The training focuses on effective communication, conflict resolution, respect in the workplace, and includes a brief overview of labor relations principles and committee organization. Workshops will include half-day assessments for Labor and Management before each session and aim to improve communication skills, conflict handling, agenda building, and meeting management.
