The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) is seeking community-based prevention providers to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify local conditions contributing to gambling harms. Providers will implement Environmental Change Strategies and other evidence-based prevention strategies to address these conditions and develop sustainable prevention programming focused on reducing gambling-related harms. Approximately 20 awards of up to $150,000 each per year will be available for five years. Eligible applicants must be current NYS OASAS-funded providers of primary prevention services (Program code 5520).
