Description

The Georgia Department of Education is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the Windsor Forest Elementary School Replacement Project located at 414 Briarcliff Circle, Savannah, GA 31419. The selected firm will enter into a Construction Management at Risk Agreement with an initial Stated Cost Limitation of $36 million. The firm will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) after contract award, which will be set via a GMP change order. The contract will use the AIA Document A133 – 2019 Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor.
